Maintaining Registration

To remain registered.....
 

1. The doula must ensure that the support she provides remains in-line with the codes and standards of service delivery as outlined by the register.


2. The doula must also engage in relevant on-going study.


3. The doula must also keep records that outline the support she has provided and the on-going education she has undertaken.


4. The doula must also be able to present her records for verification when asked to do so by the register. (The register will audit a sample number of doulas each year to ensure educational requirements continue to be met.)
