I have read each of the “Doula Service Rules” on the Doula Register.

I understand that a doula is a support person who focuses on the experience of birth for the mother and family and that the “Doula Service Rules” are designed to keep both myself and my clients safe.

I agree to follow these rules in my work as a doula and understand that I may be removed from the register if I do not follow these rules.

I further declare that I am a fully qualified doula and give permission for the doula register staff to contact my doula training providers in order  to verify my qualifications, if necessary.
